Title:
    RESISTANCE OF A LIGHT BULB--HEATING
Description:
    This shows that the resistance of a light bulb filament increases with temperature.
Equipment:
    1. Bare filament - on wood block
    2. Large Demo Multimeter
    3. Propane torch
    4. 2 B-A Leads

Procedure:
    1. Connect the light bulb to the DMM which should be set to measure resistance.
    2. Ignite the torch and slowly heat the filament.
    3. Watch the resistance rise with the temperature.


    Warning: Heat the filament only to a dull red.
