    ELECTRIC FIELD MODEL
Description:
    A model for demonstrating that electric field lines are perpendicular to a conductor.
Equipment:
    1. Gyro-ring
Procedure:
    1. Hold the large ring, representing the conductor, with one hand.
    2. Pull the string taut to show that the string, representing an electric field line, is at all points perpendicular to the conductor.
