Title:
    FLOATING PLASTIC RING
Description:
    Like charges repel causing a plastic ring to hover in the air.
Equipment:
    1. Plastic bag ring & plastic bag to hold
    2. Balloon
    3. Rabbit fur
    4. PVC rod
Procedure:
    1. Charge the plastic bag ring by rubbing it with rabbit fur.
    2. Charge the PVC rod in the same way.
    3. Hold the PVC rod under the strip and watch the strip levitate.
    4. The balloon can also be charged and used to make the plastic bag ring float in the air.
