    ELECTROSCOPE A LA VAN DE GRAAFF
Description:
    Shows that like charges repel.
Equipment:
    1. Two mylar balloons.
    2. Van de Graaff generator.
Procedure:
    1. Attach the balloons to the Van de Graaff generator with a fine wire.
    2. Turn on the generator and watch the balloons separate as they take on like charges.
